ABOUT LUCIA
Throughout my career, I have provided counseling to bereaved individuals, stressed caregivers, and patients facing serious illness. I am passionate about helping people navigate the unpredictable waves of grief that wash over them. While grief and loss are universal human experiences, the heartache that ensues is seldom soothed in isolation. I have found that grief is best healed through the expression of feelings and human connection.

While grief is the normal reaction to loss, it can be exquisitely painful. I help clients process complicated feelings, such as sadness, anxiety, anger, and guilt. By allowing grief’s journey, my clients learn to live with the loss and ultimately grow around it. This process often leads to a greater sense of peace and wholeness in their lives.
